Champagne Circle caters to champagne lovers. At our workshop, you can stick to the classics or discover new champagnes from both growers and brands. It’s much more than just drinking a glass of bubbly! You will learn about the harvests, the vinification process, the grape varieties, the winemakers and more simple queries such as what dish pairs well with a sip of champagne. Now, shall we let the bubbles do the rest of the talking?
Our workshops will focus on the notion of "terroir" or the influence of climate, soils, grape varieties, vinification process, history and tradition.
