What better way to start the day than with a de-stress yoga session and a healthy breakfast?
As a yoga enthusiast, I practice yoga alone regularly. I would love to share my personal routine with a group and learn from others' practices as well. I have no professional experience as a yoga teacher so don't think of me as your yoga instructor- think of me as your yoga companion! Together we will go through my routine and explore alternative flows- whatever feels more comfortable!
After our session, we will get some healthy breakfast together. If the weather permits we will have it outdoors, picnic style - so feel free to bring your own breakfast creations along! Looking forward to our post-yoga chat on all things to do with health and fitness.
