The approach
One brief, one proposal, one invitation. LocalBini takes care of everything in between.
LocalBini already knows a person the guest does not yet know. Together with the partner, a tailor made meeting is shaped for that guest: the kind of gesture that cannot simply be purchased.
Brief
The partner tells us about the guest or the occasion: interests, city, timing, number of guests. A short call or an email is enough.
Proposal
Within five working days we propose a person and a setting. Names are shared at this stage, in confidence. The partner confirms, or we adjust.
Arrangement
LocalBini arranges the meeting, the place and every detail, and prepares the invitation in the partner’s name or ours. One contact, one invoice.
The meeting
The guest is received. No photography and no publicity unless the guest wishes it.
Principles
Quiet by design.
Discretion
Nothing is published. The personalities in the portfolio are introduced to partners only, and the arrangements are carried out with the same discretion the partner’s relationship depends on.
Surprise
For a guest for whom most doors are already open, access is rarely the obstacle. The value is a meeting the guest could not have arranged personally, from a world not yet entered.
Both sides
For the personalities, LocalBini offers a discreet and simple way to open their world to new people, without marketing themselves or changing how they are perceived publicly.
Occasions
When partners call.
