The formats

Three formats.

Studios, collections and rooms that are not usually open, with the people who work in them.

The collection is built with artists, curators, gallerists, collectors and museum specialists in Switzerland. Three formats are arranged: a studio visit, an after hours museum visit, and an encounter with a personality of the art world. Each is planned for one guest or a small group of a partner’s clients.

Format 01

Studio visit

Inside an artist’s workspace.

A working studio and the private space where ideas become tangible. Surrounded by sketches, tools, materials, unfinished pieces and works in progress, the guest spends time with the artist and hears firsthand about their process, inspirations and obsessions.

Format 02

After hours museum

Private access to an exhibition.

Museum collections and spaces after closing time, in the company of a curator, historian or specialist with an intimate understanding of the institution and its stories. The rooms are quiet, and the conversation can follow whatever the guest is drawn to.

Format 03

Encounter

Time with a remarkable personality.

Some experiences are not defined by a place. They are defined by the person the guest meets. Meaningful time with a recognised personality whose work and perspective have shaped their field. The setting might be their home, a private salon, a favourite café, backstage, inside an atelier or somewhere entirely unexpected.

Questions

What partners ask.

Who does the guest meet?

Artists, curators, gallerists, collectors and museum specialists in Switzerland whom LocalBini knows personally. Names are shared with partners in confidence once a brief is received. They are not published.

Is it one guest or can it be a group?

Both. The format was designed around one guest. It is also arranged for a client group of up to about twenty, for example a partner’s client event.

Who can arrange a Bespoke Experience?

Bespoke Experiences is arranged through partners: client teams at private banks, wealth managers, luxury houses and hotels. Private individuals are welcome to enquire; we answer case by case.

How is it priced?

Each experience is priced in the proposal as one amount, covering the meeting, the setting and the arrangements, and invoiced once by LocalBini AG.

Where does it take place?

In Switzerland first: Zurich, Basel, Geneva, Bern and St. Gallen. London, Paris, Munich and New York on request.

Is anything published afterwards?

No. There is no photography and no publicity unless the guest wishes it. Discretion is part of the arrangement on every side.
