How many Experience bookings will I be receiving?
The number of bookings you may receive depends on how attractive your destination is, our distribution network and the travel situation.
Will I be signing an employment contract with LocalBini?
No, you won’t need to sign an employment contract with LocalBini. Being part of the LocalBini Community and hosting Experiences as a Local Host is a freelance activity. By signing up and conducting an Experience, you agree to our Legal Terms (hyperlink to terms).
How many travellers will I be hosting during an Experience?
You can set yourself the minimum and the maximum number of travellers you would like to host when creating your own unique Experience. We recommend you keep in mind the level of attention each traveller should ideally receive during your Experience to feel happy and satisfied.
How will I be paid?
LocalBini acts as a payment collecting agent for you, as a technical counterparty between a Guest and a Local. LocalBini handles the payments and charges a commission on all transactions. Your earnings from hosted Experiences will be wire transferred to your bank account at the beginning of the following month.
Who pays my Taxes?
You are responsible for paying taxes on the earnings you make via the LocalBini platform.

What kind of Experiences can I offer?
It is totally up to you! We recommend choosing to offer an Experience only if you are knowledgeable and passionate about the category/topic of that Experience. In some countries, you are obliged to have specific licences or certificates to host specific Experiences. Make sure you always comply with your local regulations.
Will I receive any material from LocalBini to prepare for my Experiences?
Before you host your very first BiniPool Experience, you will receive a “Local Ambassador Handbook” with information on what to keep in mind before, during and after hosting an Experience. The Handbook includes tips that other Local Hosts have gathered and want to share with fellow hosts. The platform sends you also a suggested itinerary for the BiniPool Experience, which has been curated by another Local Ambassador. It is up to you to decide the order of the items on the itinerary and if you would like to show your guests some additional spots in your city. Make sure to prepare beforehand the stories and insights you would like to tell your guests.
Will I need liability insurance?
We recommend that all Local Hosts have “personal liability insurance” in the unlikely case of an incident. LocalBini is not liable for any incidents that may occur to you or your Guests before, during or after an Experience.
What measures should I be taking during the current Covid-19 pandemic?
We kindly ask you to please follow the regulations applicable in your country and/or region. Please, also inform your guests beforehand about the safety measures and rules they will need to follow. If you feel unwell before or during the Experience, please notify the travellers and LocalBini on
